       苏州科润新材料股份有限公司成立于2019年，由国家万人计划专家杨大伟创办，拥有近10年的全氟离子膜与质子交换膜研发制造经验。全资子公司江苏科润膜材料有限公司成立于2011年，成立以来已获得国家高新技术企业、科技型中小企业、江苏省民营科技企业、江苏省科学技术奖、国家重点新产品、国际发明专利展金奖等一系列的荣誉，并承担了科技部中小企业创新基金、江苏省重大科技成果转化、江苏省科技支撑计划、江苏省重点研发计划、江苏省双创团队等多项省级以上政府重大课题与项目。公司参与起草了多项产品行业标准，研发中心获得了江苏省二维材料重点实验室、江苏省博士后创新实践基地等多个省级以上创新载体。

科技与创新是企业发展的动力，公司拥有全氟离子膜方面的技术专利40余项，研发人员占公司员工总人数一半以上，公司研发团队获得了：江苏省双创人才、江苏省双创团队、江苏省大学生十大创业标兵、江苏省六大高峰人才、江苏省333高层次人才、国家科技部双创人才、国家万人计划等等一系列的荣誉。公司建立了原料选型与评测、膜料液制备、膜制备、膜性能检测、膜应用测试五大实验室，长期以来与厦门大学、北京化工大学、常州大学等高校开展技术合作，设立全球化信息部门，力求与全球最新的制膜技术同步发展。

质量是企业的生命，科润严守质量是企业生命线的原则，生产全过程引入ISO9000质量管理体系与工业物联网技术，公司开发的全氟离子膜已在燃料电池、钒电池、电解水制氢、二氧化氯发生器、金盐制备、氨基酸精制等领域得到了广泛应用，与上海电气、国网南瑞、大力电工、北京普能、江苏清能、国电投、北京德联达、武大弘元、金鼎新材料等公司达成长期合作关系，产品出口日本、韩国、加拿大、智利、德国、新加坡等多个发达国家。并为我国钒电池行业提供了90%以上的国产全氟离子膜产品，同时也是氢能燃料电池质子交换膜产业化的中坚力量。

Suzhou Thinkre New Material Co., Ltd. was founded in 2019by Yang Dawei, an expert of the National People's Plan. It has nearly 10 years'experience in the research and development of perfluorinated ion exchange membranes. Jiangsu Thinkre Membrane Material Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary which was established in 2011, has won a series of honors, such as national high-tech enterprises, small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, private science and technology enterprises in Jiangsu Province, science and technology awards in Jiangsu Province, national key new products, gold awards in international invention patent exhibition, etc.

THINKRE has also undertaken many important governmentprojects, such as the Innovation Fund for SMEs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the transformation of major scientific and technological achievements of Jiangsu Province, the Science and Technology Support Plan of Jiangsu Province, the Key Research and Development Plan of Jiangsu Province, and the Shuangchuang Team of Jiangsu Province.

THINKRE participated in drafting a number of product industry standards. The R&D center has obtained several innovative carriers at or above the provincial level, such as Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Two-dimensional Materials and Jiangsu Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base.

Technology and innovation are the driving force of enterprise development. THINKRE has more than 40 technical patents on perfluorinated ionic membranes, and R&D personnel account for more than half of the total number of employees. THINKRE has established five laboratories for material selection and evaluation, membrane liquid preparation, membrane preparation, membrane performance testing and membrane application testing. For a long time, it has carried out technical cooperation with Xiamen University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Changzhou University and other universities. It has set up a global information department in an effort to synchronize with the latest membrane preparation technology in the world.
