苏州科润新材料股份有限公司成立于2019年，由国家万人计划专家杨大伟创办，拥有近10年的全氟离子膜与质子交换膜研发制造经验。全资子公司江苏科润膜材料有限公司成立于2011年，成立以来已获得国家高新技术企业、科技型中小企业、江苏省民营科技企业、江苏省科学技术奖、国家重点新产品、国际发明专利展金奖等一系列的荣誉，并承担了科技部中小企业创新基金、江苏省重大科技成果转化、江苏省科技支撑计划、江苏省重点研发计划、江苏省双创团队等多项省级以上政府重大课题与项目。公司参与起草了多项产品行业标准，研发中心获得了江苏省二维材料重点实验室、江苏省博士后创新实践基地等多个省级以上创新载体。

Jiangsu Thinkre Membrane Material Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary which was established in 2011, has won a series of honors, such as national high-tech enterprises, small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, private science and technology enterprises in Jiangsu Province, science and technology awards in Jiangsu Province, national key new products, gold awards in international invention patent exhibition, etc.
